    "Why" is the theme song to the "Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-" game for the Sony PSP. However, for one of the CD releases, the actual name of the CD single and the featured song is "Clap & Love." The DVD is region 2.

    The release of this CD rather has me asking "why." It turns out that there are three different releases: Two of them have "Clap & Love" as the featured song and are titled "Clap & Love," while the third has "Why" as the featured song and is titled "Why." See below for my descriptions of the different versions.



    "Why" limited edition:

    		 Includes a DVD (region 2; Japan, Europe) with a promo video of "Why" featuring Ayaka, and a a music video of "Why" that uses scenes from the Crisis Core game. Comes in a regular-sized jewel case that has a double-sided tray that flips up to hold the CD and DVD. The liner notes include lyrics in Japanese (kana) and the tracklist. Also comes with a flyer advertising a concert tour by Ayaka on one side and the "Crisis Core" game on the other.


    "Clap & Love" limited edition:

    		 The cover and obi are different from the "Why" version. The obi is slightly different from the "Clap & Love" regular edition. The liner notes include the lyrics in kana (with a different layout from the "Why" single). Also comes with the same flyer found in the "Why" single; and a sticker sheet with stickers of the Crisis Core logo and the FF7 10th Anniversary logo. The sticker is found ONLY with this edition; if you have the obi, you'll see a small box at the bottom front advertising the inclusion of a "premium sticker."

    The obi also seems to say that the sticker is included only with first pressings. I do NOT know what this CD's intended run is, so it could be that this version will have multiple pressings but that subsequent pressings will not have the sticker. Something to look into eventually, I suppose.


    "Clap & Love" regular edition:

    		 The obi is slightly different from the "Clap & Love" limited edition. The liner notes are the same as the limited edition and it has the same flyer, but it does NOT have the sticker sheet.
