Welcome to the library of Daryl's airship! Feel free to browse through the volumes of info I've collected on the many Final Fantasy CDs. Unfortunately, I can't read Japanese very well, so I can't give complete information, such as singer names, background, and whatever other cool info they're giving in the liner notes.

Updates and news
Jan. 3, 2026: What, another update?! So soon?! Well, no, not really. You can blame this Reddit thread, haha. This is just a change in formatting because the information on my pages is being misunderstood in some ways. I am now clearly delineating the bootlegs, starting with the Final Fantasy Tactics page. When I will get around to reformatting the rest of the pages is anyone's guess.
As a tangent to my previous update, I only just now noticed that a lot of the music clips are missing from the site, nor do I have them in the obvious location on my computer. I'll search for them (eventually) and upload whatever I can find, but I have the feeling they're just gone.
Dec. 31, 2025: On this last day of 2025 as the fireworks are starting to really ramp up around the neighborhood, I am celebrating by FINALLY fixing my site permissions (which apparently got corrupted at some point without me realizing for, like, a decade), so all images and sound files are FINALLY showing up on the site and accessible. However, after multiple webhost changes, I am finding some very strangely named files and, like the permissions, I have no idea how those even happened. It'll take me some time to go through all of them (there are a LOT of them), but I don't think they affect the functionality of the site nor should they be linked anywhere.
I do realize that many of my images and sound files are still from the dialup-modem era when a 2K file would take 10 minutes to load. I don't have any real plans to redo the sound files, mainly because I no longer have the corresponding CDs (and this was a time when I didn't really have the resources to rip them at a high quality), plus most of the music is now easily found online. If there is a song you can't find, feel free to email me and I'll see if I still have it. As for the images, I would like to eventually redo them, but that's a very, very long-term project with questionable prospects for completion.
On that tangent, I have also finally once again set up an email program to replace first Outlook Express and then Mail, and I AM ACTUALLY CHECKING MY EMAIL REGULARLY. Let us hope that Thunderbird hangs around for a good long while. If you ever emailed me and I never responded, feel free to email again!
Beyond that, I still do not plan to add any more CDs beyond what is already on here as I long ago stopped obtaining Final Fantasy albums. I think I still have to add the FF 25th Anniversary CD that I promised a literal decade ago, once I dig up the info and scans that I hope I still have somewhere.
Happy New Year to you all, remember to be kind, and let's work toward a better future ^_^
May 14, 2015: Wow. After a few years, finally an update! Unfortunately I am no longer following the CD releases beyond what is already listed on this site, as I can't afford to do so anymore. There are a few promotional CDs, miscellaneous collections, and soundtrack re-releases that I will probably eventually post, but for the most part, beyond the two Final Fantasy XIV soundtracks the site will no longer be updated with subsequent CDs.
This update consists only of the FF4: The After Years CD that was included in the FF4 Ultimate Pack. I will also eventually add the FF 25th Anniversary CD that came with the 25th Anniversary Ultimate Box. (Short review: Don't bother getting that CD unless you are a serious completionist.)
I do still have a few CDs left in my massive Final Fantasy sale. If you're interested, PLEASE read my terms of sale. After you've read through that, you can find my list of sale CDs on this Google doc. Both documents are public and you do not need to have a Google account to view them.
Jan. 11, 2011: Due to various reasons, I'm selling off the majority of my Final Fantasy CDs. The sale will be held via email only. For information on how to join, check out my LiveJournal post.
All CD covers pictured on the description pages are the original Square (Japanese) versions. All Final Fantasy games are referred to by their Japanese numbering. All "buy" links will lead you to the original Japanese versions. All scans have been done by myself, except where noted.
